Girls Football at Camden Falcons: You Belong Here

Looking for a football club where your daughter can develop her skills, challenge herself, make friends and feel part of something? We’d love to welcome her to Camden Falcons.

At Camden Falcons Football Club, girls are an important part of our club. We want every player to have opportunities to learn, compete, grow in confidence and enjoy being part of a team — whether she’s taking her first steps in football or ready for her next challenge.

Develop

We believe in developing players, not just putting teams on the field.

Our girls have access to qualified coaches, additional training opportunities and programs designed to help them improve their skills and confidence.

In 2026, we introduced extra development training for our U11 and U12 girls, focusing on Football Australia’s Four Core Skills:

First Touch | Striking the Ball | Running with the Ball | 1v1

Our partnership with A1 Football Academy also provides opportunities for players wanting to take their development further, including girls-only programs available at an additional cost.

Compete

Girls deserve opportunities to test themselves, compete and see what they’re capable of.

In 2026, our U13 Girls entered Macarthur Youth League (MYL), while our U15 Girls continued their MYL journey. Players have also accessed tournaments and additional development opportunities beyond their regular competition.

For 2027, we’re building on that progress and welcoming expressions of interest from girls looking to challenge themselves in MYL Division 1.

Progress

We want girls to see a future in football and know there are opportunities to keep playing as they grow.

MiniRoos → Junior Girls → MYL → TDP & Development Opportunities → Representative Football → Senior Football

Our players can pursue opportunities through programs such as the Macarthur Talent Development Program (TDP), alongside other development and representative pathways.

At the Falcons, we also offer All Age Women’s and Over 30 Women’s football, giving girls the opportunity to see women continuing to play at different stages of life.

We want a young girl to look across the fields, see women playing the game and think, I could be there one day.

Belong

Football is about more than what happens on the field. It’s about teammates, friendships, supportive coaches and feeling part of a community.

During Female Football Week 2026, our Kick & Connect event brought together more than 80 girls and women for an evening focused on football, development and connection.

Our commitment to creating an inclusive football environment has also been recognised through our 1-Star Club Changer accreditation and being named Football NSW Club Changer Club of the Month twice in the past 18 months.

These recognitions reflect the work happening across our club, but belonging is something we want every girl to experience for herself.

  • Does she feel welcome?
  • Does she feel respected?
  • Does she feel supported?
  • Does she feel like she belongs?

This is what being part of the Falcons is all about.

Girls Football at the Falcons - 2027

We’re proud of the opportunities already available to girls at Camden Falcons, and we’re committed to continuing to grow female football across our club.

Whether your daughter is new to football, looking for a community team or ready to explore a more competitive pathway, we’d love to help her find her place.

You don’t have to be the finished product to belong here.

You just need to want to play, learn, develop and be part of the team.
